Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes. We have delivered so many products which are designed as per the customer’s specifications. But there is a process to it. Feel free to contact us.
Q: What material is used in the jewellery? Are these sterling silver jewellery?
A: We use variety of materials in a piece of jewellery. The materials used in jewellery will be mentioned clearly in the description box of each jewellery. Whatever we use in the jewellery is sourced ethically and we make sure they are environmental friendly and not violating any animal protection policy.
Regarding the use of metal, not all the jewellery we have in display are Sterling silver but some are. The other base metal we use are usually copper, brass and alloyed metals which are mostly lead free. Our platings are electroplated aimed for anti-tarnish finish. Q: Do you take orders outside UK?
A: In general we are only taking orders, that are to be delivered to within UK mainland (at the moment). But there is always an exceptions to special request. In that case, we will ask the customer to contact us and we will proceed with them from there. Usually it will be the customer has to agree to pay the price that takes the product to reach them safely on the top of the product price.
Q: what is the delivery charges?
A: we charge for delivering the products to your doorstep in different rates according to the order value.
1. Orders under £5 will have no delivery charge.
2. Orders over £5 will be charged with a delivery charge.
There are two different delivery charges.
1. First class ( within UK Mainland) - 1-2 business days - £ 3.00
2. Second class ( within UK Mainland) - 3-5 business days - £ 2.00
3. For orders over £30 we have a good news, there is no delivery charge. Creativefusionsfashion will take care of it. It’s free within the UK Mainland.

Q: what is your return and refund policy?
A: We believe the products that we sell will make you happy and satisfied, that’s our motive. But incase the product doesn’t meet your requirements or any reasonable reason you feel that you don’t need it at all then we accept return of the product if it is within 30 days of your purchase.
Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (Especially for earrings we don’t accept if it’s worn even once. This is for the hygiene reason). The customer has to bare the delivery cost of the return to our address.
Refund : Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Q: Do you do Gift packing?
A: Giving Gifts to your near and dear ones is a special thing and if you choose us to do the job we would love to do it for you. This needs special attention so we expect the customer to contact us through our email and we can process this with your instructions.
